Meet the Founder
Saira Sandhu is the founder of The HR Tree Consulting and an experienced HR professional with over a decade of experience supporting organizations across a wide range of HR functions including employee relations, HR operations, compliance, and organizational development.
She also brings experience supporting organizations navigating the HR aspects of employment-based immigration processes, including coordination related to H-1B sponsorship and international workforce matters. Her work often involves supporting leadership teams and collaborating with immigration counsel to help organizations manage internal processes related to sponsored employees.
